Grilled Shrimp with Ginger Scallion Sauce


        2 Tbs Light olive oil

        1 Tbs minced ginger

        1/3 cup sliced green onions

        Salt, pepper

        1 lb shrimp

        1 Tbs Sweet Soy Sauce

        1/8 Tsp chopped cilantro


1. Heat oil in small skillet over medium heat. Add ginger; cook 2-3 minutes stirring often. Combine green onions and ginger mixture in small bowl; season with salt.

2. Preheat grill or oven to 400. Brush shrimp with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill shrimp 3-5 minutes or until opaque.

3. Remove from grill and drizzle with green onion-ginger mixture and soy sauce. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
