Bill’s Chimichurri

 

Ingrediants

 

1 cup Italian parsley

1 cup cilantro
6 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1⁄4 cup red vinegar
1 lemon wedge (juice of)
1 shallot
1 sprig fresh oregano
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1⁄2 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

 

Directions

 

Chop garlic and shallot in food processor until coarsely ground.

 

Add remaining ingredients and pulse until mixture is uniformally minced, scraping sides of processor frequently.
